Saturday 21st of May is the Heritage Round of the XCR competition which sees open men racing the traditional distance of 10 miles, the open women 8km and a range of different distances for junior athletes.
The cross country race will be held at a new venue, the beautiful Cruden Farm in Langwarrin.
To celebrate the heritage of the event, competitors are encouraged to where traditional club uniforms.
If you wish to compete, you can purchase either a single race entry ($30 for open athletes), XCR package ($125 for open athletes) or Max package ($200 for open athletes). Entry fees are discounted for juniors. Entries close on Wednesday 6 May at midday.
