Training sessions are conducted at Sir Zelman Cowen Park on Glenferrie Road in Kooyong (formerly Kooyong Park) on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm. Our clubrooms are located in the Pollack Pavilion, just past the playground. Melway ref 59 D3. All runners are divided into groups according to ability and fitness, and supervised by one of our accredited coaches. The training sessions are designed specifically around the time of year, upcoming races and the personal needs of individual athletes.
