In round ten, White and Blue zones will run program 2 together at the Knox Athletics Track in Knoxfield. On the program are the 100m, 400m, 1500m, steeplechase, discus, javelin, long jump. Walks will be conducted on Wednesday 10th January (venue TBC).

Alternatively, Red and Yellow zones will conduct program 1 at Lakeside, whilst the country venues will conduct program 1.
