Walking is a terrific way to build and maintain fitness levels in a social environment. Peter takes advantage of the many parks adjacent to Kooyong Park, as well as the many beautiful tree lined streets in the Malvern area when venturing out.
Peter's wealth of experiencing as a coach allows participants to gain valuable information that can be translated into their fitness programs. Individual programs can be written for those who would like a more comprehensive level of guidance.
Off course, Peter's philosophy is that fitness program must fit into your lifestyle and also be fun. Malvern's walking group is a wonderful way to improve your fitness in a social and supportive environment. Don't forget the first Tuesday of every month, runners and walkers all meet after training at a local restaurant for dinner. It's a great way to catch up with everyone and enjoy a delicious meal!
