In round six, White and Blue zones will run program 1 together at the Ballam Park Athletics Track in Frankston. On the program are the 200m, 800m, 3000m, 4x400m relay, hurdles, shot put, hammer throw, triple jump and high jump. Pole vault will be conducted at Box Hill from 6pm on Thursday 26 November.

Alternatively, Red and Yellow zones will conduct program 2 at Aberfeldie, whilst the country venues will conduct program 1.
