In round three, White and Blue zones will run program 2 together at the Bill Sewart Athletic Track in Burwood East. On the program are the 100m, 400m, 1500m, sprint hurdles, walks, discus, javelin, and long jump.

Alternatively, Red and Yellow zones will conduct program 1 at Meadow Glen, whilst the country venues will conduct program 2.
