After much deliberation the committee have decided that the clubs safest option is to follow the lead of our parent organisations, and shut down all sanctioned club activities effective tomorrow and to be re-assessed regularly. We have also received notification that as of Monday 23 March, all City of Stonnington sporting facilities will be closed for club based activities. This means that all training and club events will be cancelled until further notice. 

As the AGM falls within this timeframe it will also need to be deferred, with our current committee members remaining in ‘caretaker mode’ until it is possible to hold an AGM.

Although it will be sad to see the physical club activities shutdown, the committee is working swiftly to activate a club strava group. Watch out for details on how to join, and sign up to strava now! Stay on the lookout for more banter on the club’s online Facebook page and regular emails and newsletters, we urge our members to continue to use these platforms as we all navigate the next few months together.
